The 1950’s – 60’s themed trompe l’oeil bar with wood panelling, counter with beverages and optics popular during that era was painted across the plain wall at the rear of the dining room. 1950’s – 1960’s themed sweet & grocery shop. This was painted in a small room at the home, and again extensive research was undertaken to ensure the authenticity of the products shown from that era. Residents are invited to purchase old-fashioned sweets from the ‘shop’
